- Your initial visit will ensure early spring greening of your lawn, while helping your lawn recover from winter stress. Your visit will also include pre-emergent crabgrass control and may include broadleaf weed control depending on current weather conditions. (Program changes may occur if spring seeding is done. Fall is the best time to seed a lawn.)
- Your second visit will include pre-emergent crabgrass control as well as broadleaf weed control, if needed. We will also apply more nutrients to help increase color, vigor, and density.
- During your next visit, we will fertilize your lawn to help with summer stress and strengthen your lawn for any summer conditions that may occur. We will also examine your lawn for any insect/weed concerns and treat them, as needed. (Disease controls are not guaranteed as part of our regular scheduled services. We will offer cultural practices that can be done to reduce or help the lawn recover.)
- During this important summer visit, your lawn will be examined for health and vigor as well as any other concerns such as insects, weeds, and or diseases.
- This late summer visit will consist of a balanced fertilizer that will help strengthen your lawn as well as helping it recover from any summer stress. Your lawn may also need insect and weed control. During this visit we will discuss any renovation or rejuvenation processes needed to make your lawn healthy and to improve turf density.
- In early fall your lawn will receive fertilizer to help improve turf density and encourage new root growth, while the lawn begins to store nutrients needed for winter.
- This late fall application will help promote root growth and provide an Extreme Green in the spring.

Aeration/ Seeding
This process will increase air water and nutrients into the soil while introducing newer varieties of turf which are more resistant to insects and diseases.
Slit Seeding
This process is the best way to renovate any lawn that is thin. The seed is planted into the soil and with proper watering germination is guaranteed.
Flea and Tick
This process will help flea and tick population.
